Team Me Revolutionizes Recruitment Marketing with Personalized Candidate Experience
Recruitment marketing has been given a makeover with the launch of Team Me, a platform that offers a personalized candidate experience. Founded in 2022 by Maayan Blech and Yotam Tzuker, Team Me aims to address the issue of companies struggling to effectively communicate their culture and values to potential candidates.
According to Team Me, many companies invest a significant amount of resources in building a strong company culture, but fail to effectively convey this to job seekers. As a result, candidates often find it difficult to understand what it is like to work at a particular company. Team Me’s platform seeks to bridge this gap by using employee-generated content (EGC) to create engaging and dynamic recruitment materials.
With 75% of the global workforce expected to be composed of Millennials and Gen-Z by next year, personalization is becoming increasingly important. Team Me’s platform allows companies to create and distribute content seamlessly, ensuring widespread and targeted reach. The platform also provides comprehensive analytics to help companies refine their recruitment strategies.
In 2022, video descriptions of jobs emerged as a popular trend in the hiring process. This appealed to the younger generations who prefer visual and interactive content. Team Me has capitalized on this by incorporating videos into their platform, giving candidates a sneak peek into what it is really like to work at a company.
Currently, Team Me primarily works with tech companies, ranging from small startups to larger corporations. They are now looking to expand their operations overseas, with a particular focus on the UK and US markets. Some of their notable clients include Payoneer, HiBob, and Mend.
The founders of Team Me bring a wealth of expertise to the company. Yotam Tzuker, a seasoned entrepreneur, was the CEO of Tech7 and has a passion for HR. Maayan Blech, an award-winning director, brings his creative skills to the table, having worked with major brands such as Nespresso and Coca-Cola.
The recent investment round of $450,000 led by Fusion VC and a group of angels will be used to further develop Team Me’s platform and expand their client base. Their goal is to continue helping companies effectively communicate their culture and attract the right talent.
