In a shocking turn of events, three individuals have been arrested in connection with the murder of rapper Julio Foolio, whose real name was Charles Jones. The 26-year-old was gunned down on June 23 in Tampa, Florida, while celebrating his birthday. This tragic incident has sent shockwaves through the rap community.

Authorities say that the attack was not random but part of an ongoing gang feud. Three suspects, Isaiah Chance (21), Alicia Andrews (21), and Sean Gathright (18), were taken into custody over the weekend. Two additional suspects, Rashad Murphy and Davion Murphy, are still on the run.

On that fateful day, Julio Foolio was shot while parked at a hotel during a birthday celebration. Surveillance footage shows the attackers, dressed in black and wearing masks, opening fire with weapons. It’s a brutal reminder of the violence that can erupt from gang conflicts.

Investigators from the Tampa Police Department and the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office worked together to solve the case. They utilized various tools, such as surveillance videos and phone records, to identify the suspects involved.

The motive behind this heinous act is tied to the long-standing feud between Julio Foolio’s 6 Block gang and rival gangs known as ATK and 1200. This violence has deep roots, with many prior incidents fueling ongoing hostility.

In the hours leading up to the shooting, Foolio had been active on social media, posting about his birthday festivities. He had previously expressed concerns about his safety, mentioning threats to his life.

Authorities are continuing their hunt for the two remaining suspects, making it clear that they won’t tolerate such violence. Community leaders and law enforcement express hope that these arrests will bring some sense of justice to the victim’s family and friends.
