Trump Luxury Watches

A new line of luxury watches bearing the Trump brand has been announced, featuring high-end Swiss-made timepieces, including a gold and diamond tourbillon model priced at $100,000. The announcement was made through a video by former U.S. President Donald Trump on Truth Social, marking a new venture for the Trump brand in the watch market.

The watches, marketed by BestWatchesOnEarth LLC, include the Trump Tourbillon Victory model and the “Fight Fight Fight” series, the latter priced between $499 and $799. The Trump Victory watch is distinguished by its significant weight in 18-karat gold and 122 high-quality diamonds. Its feature component, a tourbillon escapement, adds to its luxury price tag, typically reserved for complex luxury pieces.

Despite its intricate design, the specifics of the tourbillon movement used remain undisclosed. Known as the TX 07 tourbillon with a 105-hour power reserve, the movement has been speculated to be an affordable hand-wound movement from BCP Tourbillon, a company co-founded by watchmaker Olivier Mory known for making complex watch mechanisms more accessible.

The Trump watches are noted for their use of premium materials, yet there has been criticism over the origin of the components. The “Fight Fight Fight” watches, for instance, utilize a Japanese movement from Seiko rather than a Swiss-made mechanism, contradicting some claimed product credentials.

Interestingly, the Trump Victory watches, which are marketed as luxury pieces, are manufactured by a company with no historical connection to luxury watchmaking. Furthermore, the watch website clarifies that while licensed to use the Trump name, the watches are not designed, manufactured, or distributed by Trump or his organization. It also emphasizes that proceeds do not support political campaigns.

The “Fight Fight Fight” watch, positioned as a diving sports model, is offered in various styles, including stainless steel, two-tone gold-plated, and fully gold-plated versions. However, discrepancies in product descriptions regarding water resistance have been noted, with some models displaying conflicting specifications.

These watches are sold exclusively via pre-order, with the company stating no refunds are available and dates for delivery are not guaranteed.”We accept Bitcoin as payment!” states the website, reflecting a nod towards new payment technologies.
