London, England — Vogue Williams and her husband, Spencer Matthews, have again reduced the asking price of their luxury London flat, now listed for £3.95 million. The reduction comes as the couple struggles to find a buyer after previously lowering the price from £5.25 million over the past year.

The four-bedroom property, featuring a concierge service and private gym, was initially listed in 2023 at €6.8 million (£5.7 million). After several months without interest, the couple slashed the price to €6.15 million (£5.25 million) in early 2024. Eventually, they settled on the new price in 2025, reflecting a significant loss.

Described as a boutique split-level apartment, the luxury flat is part of an exclusive development with just eight units. It boasts stylish oak floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and high-end finishes that create a light-filled living space. The apartment also comes with amenities like a media room, bar, and spacious reception areas.

Vogue and Spencer highlighted the property’s proximity to local parks and excellent transport links as major selling points. A daily concierge service is available on weekdays, enhancing the appeal of the gated community.

In an interesting twist, Vogue’s pet dog, Winston, made a memorable appearance during a recent virtual tour, choosing to settle beside her bed instead of showcasing the property. Vogue’s eclectic decor, featuring bright colors and unique art pieces, reflects her personality, as she humorously noted during a prior tour, “All of that is mine bar the bird. Spenny likes to say he doesn’t like it, but I love it in the space.”

Vogue and Spencer, parents to three young children—Theodore, Gigi, and Otto—are reportedly looking to expand their living space. Vogue, who has roots in Ireland, has expressed a desire to raise her family there, and previously sold her property in Howth, Dublin, for a substantial profit.

Despite recent rumors concerning their relationship, Vogue made it clear in March that their marriage remains strong, stating, “We’re very happily married and in love.”
