Starting in Bronxville, a popular pastry shop will host a special celebration on May 4 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event will feature a selection of Star Wars-themed desserts, including lightsaber-shaped treats and drone molds. Though not directly on May 4, Squiggy’s Dugout in New Rochelle will celebrate Free Comic Book Day on May 3. This event offers a chance to pick up Star Wars-themed comic books for fans looking to expand their collections.
On May 4, Jacob Burns Film Center in Pleasantville will screen classic Star Wars films, including The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. Attendees who arrive in costume will receive complimentary popcorn. Additionally, those who attend all three screenings will have the opportunity to enter a raffle for one of four exclusive hats from the center.
