WrestleMania 41 Sets New Records for WWE in Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS, Nevada — WWE announced Tuesday that WrestleMania 41, held on April 19-20 at Allegiant Stadium, has set multiple records, becoming the most successful and highest-grossing event in the company’s history.
The event attracted a total of 124,693 fans over its two nights, generating the largest gate ever recorded for a WWE event. This WrestleMania saw a 114% increase in viewership compared to last year’s WrestleMania XL, making it the most-viewed WrestleMania of all time.
WWE’s partnership with Fanatics significantly boosted merchandise sales, which rose by more than 45% compared to the sales from WrestleMania XL in 2024. E-commerce sales also surged, increasing 86% from last year. Additionally, On Location, WWE’s exclusive hospitality partner, reported a 75% rise in hospitality sales and packages.
WWE World, a five-day interactive fan experience, attracted more than 50,000 attendees, marking a 21% increase over the previous year. Social media engagement soared, with WrestleMania 41 generating 1.1 billion views across platforms, solidifying its status as the most socially viewed WWE event ever.
The event featured key matches, including John Cena defeating Cody Rhodes to win the Undisputed WWE Championship, a notable performance assisted by rapper Travis Scott. Seth Rollins also claimed victory in a thrilling triple-threat match against Roman Reigns and CM Punk.
Becky Lynch made her much-anticipated return, teaming with Lyra Valkyria to capture the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships. Other significant matches included Jey Uso defeating Gunther for the World Heavyweight Championship and Iyo Sky retaining her Women’s World Championship title.
The overwhelming success of WrestleMania 41 aligns with WWE’s recent acquisition by Endeavor and its merger with UFC into TKO Group Holdings, which promises to drive further growth and innovation in the wrestling entertainment industry.
