Yacht Club Games Announces Mina the Hollower Launch Date

LOS ANGELES, California – Yacht Club Games confirmed the release of its highly anticipated game, Mina the Hollower, during the Summer Game Fest on June 6, 2025. The game is set to launch on October 31, coinciding with Halloween, on multiple platforms including PC and consoles.
Mina the Hollower features a top-down adventure gameplay style reminiscent of classic Game Boy Color titles. Players take on the role of Mina, a mouse character, who uses a whip and has the unique ability to burrow underground to evade enemies and solve puzzles. The game promises a mix of fast-paced combat and nostalgia.
The studio initially announced Mina the Hollower in 2022 as a crowdfunding project on Kickstarter. It raised over $1.2 million, significantly exceeding its funding goals, showcasing the community’s enthusiasm for the project.
As part of the announcement, Yacht Club Games offered players a chance to try the game early. A limited-time demo is now available on Steam, which includes the opening stage and culminates in a major boss fight. Progress from the demo can be transferred to the final game, allowing players to maintain their achievements when it launches.
Along with the demo release, Yacht Club Games plans for Mina the Hollower to participate in the upcoming Steam Next Fest from June 9 to June 16. As excitement builds around the game, many players are eager to experience its blend of whimsy and challenge.
