Yash Teams Up with Hollywood Stunt Director for ‘Ramayana’

Bengaluru, India — Actor and producer Yash is collaborating with renowned Hollywood action choreographer Guy Norris for the film ‘Ramayana,’ which is directed by Nitesh Tiwari. The project recently shared photos of Yash and Norris on set, where Norris is guiding Yash through intricate stunt choreography.

The makers of ‘Ramayana’ envision a visually stunning spectacle, utilizing modern technology and high technical skill. Norris, known for his work on films like ‘Mad Max: Fury Road’ and ‘Suicide Squad,’ brings a wealth of experience in creating thrilling action sequences. Yash, widely recognized for his role in the KGF series, will portray Ravana, a character depicted many times across various mediums.

As the film progresses, Norris is expected to choreograph high-octane action scenes that match the grand narrative of ‘Ramayana.’ Current filming focuses on Yash’s character, with plans to shoot over 60 to 70 days. Initial reports from the sets suggest that ‘Ramayana’ is set to become a significant milestone in Indian cinema, showcasing a world-class VFX team and elaborate sets.

Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor will star as Lord Ram, while Sai Pallavi takes on the role of Sita. The film is backed by Namit Malhotra’s Prime Focus Studios and Yash’s Monster Mind Creations. ‘Ramayana Part 1’ is slated for theatrical release during Diwali 2026, with a sequel expected in 2027.
