Zach Bryan Concert Joan C. Edwards Stadium

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WCHS) — Grammy-winning country artist Zach Bryan will headline a concert at Marshall University‘s Joan C. Edwards Stadium on August 30, 2025. The event, set to begin at 7 p.m., will feature special guest Petey USA opening the show.

The announcement, made by Marshall Athletics on March 25, comes as part of a series of tour dates Bryan has revealed for 2025, which also includes venues like Michigan Stadium and MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. Tickets for the Huntington concert will go on sale to the public on March 28 at 10 a.m.

This will not be Bryan’s first appearance at Joan C. Edwards Stadium; he previously attended Marshall’s 2024 Homecoming game, where he witnessed the Thundering Herd secure a 52-37 victory over Appalachian State. Bryan supported his bandmate, Elijah Gastelum, who performed the national anthem at the game.

“Marshall Athletics and Grammy Award-winning country artist Zach Bryan jointly announced on Tuesday that Bryan will headline a concert at Joan C. Edwards Stadium on Aug. 30,” read the email announcing the concert. Fans were excited to learn about his return, emphasizing that the announcement marks the last concert he will reveal for the year.

The concert is significant not only for Bryan but also for his team. His manager, Jay-Michael Cisco, hails from Kenova, West Virginia, making this performance a small homecoming. “Last announce of the year! Excited to be back in a place that has always treated my boys and me like family,” Bryan stated. “Playing this one not only because we want to but because Jay Cisco would have killed us if we didn’t. Go Herd! Gonna be a fun year guys!”

Pre-sale tickets for Marshall University students will be available on March 26 at 6 p.m. Eastern Time. General sales will begin two days later.
