Rapper DDG Files Emergency Motion to Stop Halle Bailey’s Trip with Son

Los Angeles, CA – Rapper DDG has filed an emergency motion to prevent Halle Bailey from taking their infant son, Halo, out of the country. DDG expressed concerns that Halle’s planned trip to Italy this Saturday could pose a serious emotional and psychological risk to their child.
In legal documents filed Wednesday morning, DDG requested an emergency hearing, claiming that Halle is not mentally stable enough to care for herself or their son. He fears what could occur if she travels beyond the court’s jurisdiction.
DDG cited several troubling incidents in his filing. He reported that Halle once took his gun and left the house without informing him of her whereabouts, later found holding the weapon outside while pregnant. He also alleged that Halle secretly attempted to have an abortion but ultimately decided against it.
Additionally, DDG claimed that two months after Halo’s birth, Halle sent him alarming text messages, threatening self-harm and implying danger to their child.
In past allegations, Bailey accused DDG of abusive behavior, claiming he slammed her face into a steering wheel, resulting in a chipped tooth. However, DDG denied her accusations and recounted a different version of events that led to the incident.
He explained that when he arrived to pick up Halo for his scheduled custody time, Halle entered the backseat of his car, demanding they establish a co-parenting plan. According to DDG, she became aggressive and accidentally struck her head on the steering wheel during a struggle.
In light of these incidents, DDG is asking the court to block Halle from taking Halo to Italy. He is also seeking sole legal and physical custody of their son or, if that is not granted, wants a third party to supervise all custody exchanges.
Attempts to reach Halle for comment have so far gone unanswered.
