Obi Toppin’s Fiancée: Magdalena Bellinger’s Journey and Engagement Story

INDIANAPOLIS, IN — Magdalena Bellinger is the fiancée of Indiana Pacers star Obi Toppin. The couple has shared significant moments together, which include Toppin’s recent proposal during a team trip to Paris in January 2025.
Bellinger has supported Toppin throughout his basketball career, attending games and celebrating victories by his side. She earned an offer to play soccer at Division I George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, after a successful high school career as a four-year varsity starter at Stafford Senior High School.
During her time at George Mason, Bellinger majored in integrated studies and played as a defender for the Patriots from 2017 to 2019. She participated in three games during the 2019 season. After college, she pursued a career in the medical field, aiming to become a pre-physician assistant. Currently, she works as an esthetician.
On January 23, 2025, while the Pacers were in Paris for two games, Toppin proposed to Bellinger in a memorable fashion. The couple celebrated their engagement by attending a UEFA Champions League soccer match between Paris Saint-Germain FC and Manchester City. This was a fitting choice for Bellinger, a former soccer star.
Bellinger and Toppin have two children together. Their daughter, Remeil Alise Toppin, was born on September 11, 2021, and their son, Oziah Amir Toppin, arrived on October 3, 2024. The family regularly appears together at Pacers games, showing a strong bond and support for Toppin.
Bellinger often shares their family adventures on social media, including trips to Disney World, which she calls her “favorite place.” If Toppin and the Pacers win the 2025 NBA finals, another trip to Disney World might be in order for the family, alongside their anticipated honeymoon.
