Kim Kardashian Opens Up on Co-Parenting Challenges in Podcast

NEW YORK, NY — Kim Kardashian shared candid details about her co-parenting journey with ex-husband Kanye West during a recent appearance on the podcast “Call Her Daddy.” The episode aired on Wednesday and featured Kardashian discussing the emotional toll of their relationship as she navigates raising their four children.
During the podcast, Kardashian revealed that her daughter North, age 12, perceptively pointed out that she often cries in private. North even suggested that her mother should start dating again. “It made me realize I don’t need to shield my kids from my feelings as much as I thought,” Kardashian said.
Kardashian mentioned that despite allegations from West claiming she keeps their children from him, she consistently speaks positively about him around their kids. “I want them to have a great relationship with their dad,” she added. The family shares daughters North and Chicago, along with sons Saint and Psalm.
The couple was married in 2014 and divorced in 2021. Kardashian noted that she recognized the need to separate when West showed no willingness to seek help for his mental health struggles.
Since their split, Kardashian has been primarily taking care of the kids, allowing them to spend time with their father whenever he requests. However, she confirmed that West has not reached out in several months.
As for her future dating prospects, Kardashian remained tight-lipped but implied that with North’s encouragement, she may consider entering the dating world again.
