Matthews, NC — MinistryWatch released its first comprehensive list of anti-trafficking groups on October 15, 2025, featuring 18 ministries that collectively raised about $236 million in revenue.

This new category was added to the MinistryWatch database this year, marking its commitment to transparency and accountability. The report is based on data available as of October 15, 2025.

International Justice Mission stands out as the largest ministry, boasting revenue surpassing $112 million, which is more than three times that of the second-largest organization, Our Rescue, previously known as Operation Underground Railroad, with total revenue of about $32 million.

Other notable organizations include The A21 Campaign, which shows asterisk indicating its revenue details were sourced from its filings with the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA). However, A21’s current year column lists $0 for revenue and expenses.

The report also includes government grant money details for each ministry, based on their Form 990 filings. Unbound Now received the highest amount, a total of $4.4 million, which constitutes over half of its annual revenue of $8.5 million.
