Navy Federal Credit Union Opens New Branch in Mayfield Heights

Mayfield Heights, Ohio – Navy Federal Credit Union is set to open a new branch on Nov. 3 at 5945 Mayfield Road. This new location aims to enhance access to in-person financial services for the over 75,000 Navy Federal members in the Cleveland area.

The Cleveland-based members will benefit from personalized financial guidance and the credit union’s strong commitment to member care. According to a news release, the Mayfield Heights branch will host an express service area, on-site member service representatives, and two 24-hour walk-up ATMs for added convenience.

Members will receive direct support for various financial services, including checking and savings accounts, loans, mortgages, and investment services. These offerings are designed to help members achieve their financial goals effectively.

In addition to the services provided at the new branch, Navy Federal will donate $5,000 to the Greater Cleveland Fisher House. This non-profit organization serves as a “home away from home” for families of veterans and active-duty patients receiving care at major military and VA medical centers, as mentioned in the release.
