Zac Efron Dancing With The Stars Performance

Hollywood, CA — Zac Efron thrilled fans on Season 34 of Dancing With the Stars after scoring his first perfect 10 during the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Night. Efron and his professional partner, Daniella Karagach, performed a spirited jive to Elton John‘s “I’m Still Standing” on November 5.

This moment was significant for Efron, who expressed his excitement about receiving the score from guest judge and Hall of Fame inductee Flavor Flav. “I’m so happy Flava Flav loved it and gave me that first 10. That was really special,” Efron said in an interview.

He reflected on his dance journey, saying, “It’s to the point where I know I’m becoming a better dancer. I still am craving that dance where I just go out there and crush the performance.” Efron believes that his moment is coming soon.

Throughout the competition, the reality show star has shown vulnerability, especially during Dedication Night, where he honored his little sister. Fans appreciate his authenticity, which has made him a favorite.

Moreover, Efron has shared insights into his personal life, particularly his bond with his adopted senior dog, Booey. He recalled advice from an animal trainer during the filming of his show, Down to Earth. “When you adopt, especially an older dog, they’ve had a tough life. And they just want a home,” he noted.

Efron emphasized the mutual benefits of pet adoption saying, “Ultimately, a human getting a dog is a selfish act… But you can also help a dog’s life. And that’s a really rewarding feeling.”
