Tara Reid Claims She Was Drugged at Chicago Hotel

CHICAGO, Illinois — Actress Tara Reid claims she was drugged and left unconscious early Sunday morning at a hotel bar in Chicago.

Video obtained by TMZ shows Reid, 50, being taken on a stretcher to a nearby hospital. The incident reportedly occurred just hours after she checked into the hotel late Saturday night.

According to Reid, she went downstairs for a drink and a cigarette. While in the lobby, she encountered a group of YouTubers, one of whom accompanied her outside to smoke. Upon returning to the bar, Reid found her drink covered with a napkin, which she alleges she did not put there.

Reid removed the napkin and drank from the glass, after which she claims her memory fades and she next remembers waking up in the hospital. She stated that she only consumed that one drink and has had past struggles with substance abuse, which have been widely reported.

A witness captured the scene, which included Reid reportedly insisting, “You don’t know who I am. I am famous. I’m an actress,” before paramedics arrived.

As of now, Reid has not filed a police report regarding the incident.
