Aaron Hall Reportedly Missing Amid Ongoing Sexual Assault Lawsuit

ATLANTA, GA — Liza Gardner has accused singer Aaron Hall and Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexual assault, but Hall’s whereabouts remain unknown as Gardner seeks legal means to serve him with a lawsuit initially filed in November 2023.
Gardner, now represented by attorney Tyrone Blackburn, claims she was assaulted at a 1990 MCA Records event when she was just 16 years old. According to her allegations, Combs provided alcohol and facilitated Hall’s assault, leaving her feeling traumatized and shocked.
“I believe that service by publication is now the only remaining option to provide notice of this lawsuit to Mr. Hall,” Blackburn stated. “We have effectively exhausted all reasonable methods of locating him. I am unaware of any additional addresses, locations, or persons we could rely on to get the summons directly to Hall. Therefore, publication in newspapers is being sought as a last resort.”
Attempts to serve Hall have been extensive. Initial efforts were made at a View Park, California, address in June 2024, but residents confirmed that he had moved. A second attempt took place eight days later at a Tarzana, California, residence, which had also been vacated by Hall. The search then expanded to Ohio, where two unsuccessful attempts were made to serve him at a Cleveland address in early September, with the current occupant denying knowledge of Hall.
The last known residence of Hall was identified as a Woodland Hills, California, apartment, where two further attempts to deliver summons were recorded on November 6, 2024, and January 2025, both of which failed.
Gardner’s allegations against Hall and Combs claim that Hall assaulted her after Combs provided her with alcohol and took her to Hall’s apartment in New Jersey. Hall’s behavior allegedly included bursting into the room where she was and engaging in acts that deeply traumatized her.
Jodeci’s DeVante Swing was implicated as a witness to the alleged assault but was removed from the lawsuit earlier this year.
The ongoing legal pursuit comes at a tumultuous time for Diddy, who is currently incarcerated in Brooklyn awaiting trial on separate charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. Diddy has denied all allegations and is scheduled to face trial starting May 5.
In related news, Diddy has been named in yet another lawsuit involving sexual assault allegations from a professional photographer who claims Diddy coerced him into a sexual act during a commercial shoot. The photographer alleges significant emotional distress following the encounter.
Diddy’s legal defense has consistently maintained his innocence in the face of numerous allegations, asserting that the claims made against him are unfounded and false.
