2025 ACM Awards to Celebrate Six Decades of Country Music

FRISCO, Texas — The 60th Academy of Country Music Awards will stream live exclusively on Prime Video on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at 8 p.m. ET. The ceremony will take place at the Ford Center at The Star, the world headquarters of the Dallas Cowboys.
This year’s ACM Awards, hosted by Reba McEntire for a record 18th time, will feature performances from top artists in the genre, including Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert, Eric Church, and Lainey Wilson. The event celebrates six decades of country music and will expand to a full two and a half hours, promising an exciting night packed with performances and surprises.
“It’s going to be an absolute can’t-miss show, and I can’t wait to be there with you,” McEntire said in a video shared by the Academy of Country Music.
Ella Langley leads the nominations with eight, including Female Artist of the Year, thanks to her collaboration with Riley Green on “You Look Like You Love Me.” Other nominees include Cody Johnson, Morgan Wallen, and Chris Stapleton, each with multiple nominations. The nominations also mark a historic moment for Langley as she is a first-time nominee.
The award show will kick off with a 12-minute medley showcasing past ACM Songs of the Year, featuring a lineup of country legends. Major highlights will include collaborations like Brooks & Dunn with Johnson and a unique pairing of the Backstreet Boys with Rascal Flatts.
In addition to performances, many stars will present awards, including Carly Pearce, Jordan Davis, and Little Big Town. A limited number of tickets for the event are currently available for fans wanting to experience the celebration in person.
