Actor Jonathan Majors Faces New Abuse Allegations From Two More Women

Two more women have come forward with allegations of physical and emotional abuse against actor Jonathan Majors, known for his roles in Creed III and Ant-Man 3. The accusations surfaced as Majors awaits sentencing for an assault and harassment case involving a former partner.

Emma Duncan and Maura Hooper, former girlfriends of Majors, shared their accounts of alleged abuse in a recent report by The New York Times. Duncan detailed incidents where Majors physically attacked her, including choking and throwing her, while Hooper spoke of emotional manipulation and control.

The investigation also revealed instances of conflict on the set of HBO‘s Lovecraft Country, where Majors worked. Several female co-workers accused him of hostile behavior and derogatory remarks, leading to complaints and an apology from Majors.

Majors’ attorney, Priya Chaudhry, dismissed the abuse allegations but acknowledged the relationships with Duncan and Hooper as tumultuous. Chaudhry also denied knowledge of complaints from the Lovecraft Country set, stating that Majors had never been informed of any objections.

In his defense, Majors denied physically harming any women and expressed plans to appeal the recent assault case ruling. His sentencing, originally scheduled for March, has been postponed to April following a motion from his legal team.
