Aiims Norcet 7 Results Announcement

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi has announced the final results of the Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test (NORCET) for 2024. The results, which pertain to stage 2 of the examination, are now available on the official website at aiimsexams.ac.in.

The examination, conducted as an online computer-based test (CBT), took place on October 4, 2024. Out of the candidates who took the test, a total of 6,944 individuals have successfully qualified. This cohort includes 2,581 male and 4,363 female candidates.

The results indicate that the highest number of successful candidates belong to the Other Backward Class (OBC) category, with 3,161 qualifying. This is followed by 1,430 candidates from the Scheduled Caste (SC) category, 1,007 from the Economically Weaker Section (EWS), 851 from the unreserved category, and 495 from the Scheduled Tribe (ST) category.

In relation to the criteria for resolving score ties, AIIMS has stated that preference was given to older candidates. In cases where ties still persisted, candidates with fewer negative responses were prioritized. The results remain provisional until the verification of eligibility, documentation, and satisfaction of other stipulated conditions.

AIIMS informed candidates that the process of online allocation would finalize the selection. Further details regarding the procedure and updated seat allocations will be posted on the AIIMS official website on October 23, 2024. The opportunity for online choice filling will be open from October 23 to October 30, 2024. For additional information, candidates are advised to visit aiimsexams.ac.in.
