ATEEZ Sets Records with European Tour, Dominating Boxscores

NEW YORK, March 29, 2025 — ATEEZ has solidified its status as a major player in the global music scene with the European leg of their Towards the Light: Will to Power world tour. The eight-member boy band has sold over 180,000 tickets across 14 shows, generating more than $17.9 million in gross revenue and attracting 117,000 concertgoers.
According to Billboard, ATEEZ is the only K-pop group in the Top 30 of live music tours this month. Their performance at La Défense Arena in Paris marked a historic first, as ATEEZ became the first K-pop act to headline Europe’s largest arena, grossing $4.3 million with 29,200 fans in attendance. This event ranks as the 20th largest tour boxscore for February.
Shows in Berlin also made an impact. The band performed two nights at the Uber Arena, earning $4 million from 24,500 attendees. These dates ranked as the 25th largest boxscore for the month, signaling ATEEZ’s strong draw in Germany.
Promoted by AEG Presents, these concerts come on the heels of a new multi-year partnership between KQ Entertainment and AEG, aimed at enhancing ATEEZ tours globally and expanding promotional avenues. The partnership was highlighted in a press release, emphasizing that the North American leg of the tour attracted over 200,000 attendees in 2024.
AEG Presents secured the number one position on Billboard’s Top Promoter chart for February 2025, benefiting from the popularity of ATEEZ, alongside other high-profile tours from artists like Tyler, the Creator, and Ed Sheeran.
Recent statistics reveal ATEEZ’s exceptional ticket sales on a global scale. For the week of February 17, 2025, the band sold an average of 10,138 tickets, placing them among industry heavyweights like the Eagles, Andrea Bocelli, and Justin Timberlake. The subsequent week, ATEEZ increased their performance to an average of 11,142 tickets, surpassing Timberlake’s sales.
The group’s success signifies a booming interest in K-pop in Europe, with ATEEZ paving the way for fellow artists like Taemin and Tomorrow X Together. Despite challenges such as canceled shows and poorly received festivals in the past, ATEEZ’s record-breaking tours hint at a bright future for Korean artists in the European live music market.
