Bethenny Frankel California Wildfire Relief Efforts

Bethenny Frankel, former star of “Real Housewives of New York City,” is spearheading relief efforts for communities devastated by the ongoing California wildfires. Through her charity, BStrong, Frankel has partnered with the Global Empowerment Mission to provide critical aid to affected residents.

In a TikTok video posted Wednesday, Frankel announced that her organization has a warehouse in Chico, Calif., stocked with emergency supplies. “We were the first responders on the Paradise California fires, and we were still there two years later,” she said. “BStrong stays long after the headlines fade.”

Frankel emphasized that the immediate focus is on crisis response, with plans to distribute cash cards and other aid once the situation stabilizes. “We will start distributing money in the community and possibly helping with the rebuild like we’ve done in other communities,” she explained. The SkinnyGirl Cocktails founder assured that 100% of donations to BStrong will go directly to relief efforts.

The wildfires, fueled by dry conditions and strong winds, have forced over 70,000 residents in Los Angeles County to evacuate. Affected areas include the Pacific Palisades, Altadena, and Pasadena. Several celebrities, including Spencer Pratt, Heidi Montag, and Eugene Levy, have lost homes in the fires.

Frankel also urged her followers to prepare for emergencies by identifying five essential items they would grab in a crisis. “Tragic times in California. My heart goes out to them,” she said in a separate TikTok video.

BStrong’s efforts have garnered widespread praise, with many commending Frankel for her swift action and empathy. The organization has a history of disaster relief, including previous wildfire responses in California and aid to victims of Hurricane Ida.
