Bjp Blames Congress For Economic Anarchy

In a recent press conference, BJP leader Ravi Shankar Prasad took aim at the Congress party, accusing it of trying to create chaos in the Indian economy. He claimed that the Congress is in cahoots with foreign players to undermine the country, pointing fingers at George Soros, a prominent philanthropist.

Prasad suggested that Soros is a major investor in Hindenburg Research, which recently published a controversial report alleging improprieties involving the Adani Group. The BJP asserts that this report is fabricated and aimed at destabilizing the Indian stock market.

During his address, Prasad expressed that the Congress is resorting to “toolkit politics” and claimed that their recent actions could harm everyday investors in India. He mentioned that the timing of the Hindenburg report and the subsequent political outcry was suspiciously aligned to create market disturbances.

He accused the Congress of a “pathological hatred” towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi, suggesting that this animosity clouds their judgment and ultimately harms the nation. According to Prasad, the Congress’s strategy could lead to a counterproductive environment for economic growth.

As the opposition demands a Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) probe into the allegations, Prasad pointed out that they should have engaged with the legal due process instead. He criticized their alignment with Hindenburg’s claims, calling on them to clarify their position regarding foreign investors like Soros.
