Bleach: Soul Resonance Mobile Game Set for Global Launch

Tokyo, Japan — The popular anime franchise, Bleach, is about to expand its reach with the game “Bleach: Soul Resonance.” Created by Tite Kubo, this mobile game will launch globally later this year, thanks to a collaboration between Crunchyroll and the game studio A Plus Japan.
Pre-registration is currently open on both the App Store and Google Play, allowing players worldwide to sign up ahead of the game’s release. “Bleach: Soul Resonance” is a 3D action RPG that immerses players in the world of the Soul Society, letting them engage in combat using their Zanpakuto.
The game features a storyline that aligns with the gripping narrative of the Bleach series. Players will have the opportunity to embody iconic characters like Ichigo Kurosaki and utilize a unique combat system that emphasizes timing and strategy. This system includes a character-switching mechanism for executing powerful combos.
According to the developers, the game will allow access to 17 playable characters, including initial, Shikai, and Bankai versions of Ichigo, along with Uryu Ishida, Orihime Inoue, Kisuke Urahara, and others. It will also include members from the Court Guard Squads, like Byakuya Kuchiki and Rukia Kuchiki.
The visuals are crafted to reflect the cel-shaded aesthetics of the latest anime adaptation, known as Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War, which will reveal its final part in 2026. Fans of the series can look forward to a heartfelt gaming experience that pays homage to the beloved tales of Bleach.
For those unfamiliar with the series, Crunchyroll offers access to the Bleach manga and anime, providing ample opportunity to catch up before the game launches. The breathless anticipation for “Bleach: Soul Resonance” underscores its potential to captivate both new players and longtime fans of the franchise.
