Breeze Airways, founded by David Neeleman, the creator of JetBlue and other commercial airlines, continues to expand its services and routes across the United States. Known for its nonstop flights between underserved routes, Breeze Airways offers affordable fares and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Recently, Breeze Airways has introduced new nonstop flights from various cities. For instance, MacArthur Airport and Breeze Airways have launched new nonstop flights to Fort Myers, with an increased frequency to Vero Beach starting October 2. Additionally, flights to Sarasota began on November 21. Other notable routes include nonstop flights from Charleston, Norfolk, and Raleigh-Durham, along with BreezeThru connections to New Orleans and Jacksonville.
The airline operates in over 50 cities, offering a wide range of destinations. Some of the recent routes include flights from Akron, OH to Orlando, FL; Las Vegas, NV; and Los Angeles, CA. Other routes include Scranton, PA to Orlando, FL; Jacksonville, FL to Las Vegas, NV; and Fort Myers, FL to Las Vegas, NV. Breeze Airways also connects cities like Raleigh, NC to Providence, RI, and White Plains, NY to Charleston, SC.
Breeze Airways is known for its customer-centric approach, with a dedicated customer service team available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday to Sunday. However, customer reviews indicate some dissatisfaction with the service, with an average rating of 1.8 out of 5. Despite this, the airline remains committed to providing ‘nice people, flying nice people to nice places on nice planes’.
Passengers can book flights and manage their travel plans through the Breeze Airways website or the free mobile app. The airline also advises passengers to arrive at least two hours before their flight for check-in and security screening, especially during inclement weather conditions.
