Camryn Rogers Makes History as Olympic Hammer Throw Champion
In a stunning display of talent, Camryn Rogers, a 25-year-old hammer thrower from Richmond, B.C., made history at the Olympics by claiming gold in the women’s hammer throw. With her impressive throw of 76.97 meters, she became the first Canadian woman to ever medal in this event.
