Recently, Applegate took to social media platform X to reveal her bucket list. She expressed her desire to work with renowned actors Shirley MacLaine and Cher. The Emmy-winning actress emphasized her ambitious plans, stating that she has big dreams to fulfill.

Diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2021, Applegate has been transparent about her journey with the condition. Multiple sclerosis is a degenerative autoimmune disease that affects the central nervous system, leading to a variety of symptoms.

During her podcast ‘MeSsy’, which she co-hosts with fellow actor Jamie-Lynn Sigler, Applegate humorously shared the challenges brought about by the disease. She humorously narrated the difficulties she faces in performing daily tasks, such as shaving, due to muscle weakness and coordination issues.
