Coldplay Music Of The Spheres Tour

The renowned British band Coldplay has announced the next leg of their ‘Music of the Spheres‘ world tour, which will cover North American locations starting next summer. The announcement follows the release of their latest album ‘Moon Music‘, a continuation of their ‘Music of the Spheres’ series. The band will perform at various stadiums in the United States and will also make stops in Toronto for two performances.

Tickets for the concerts will be available to the general public at noon local time on Friday, with pre-sale options beginning at 9 a.m. for those who register in advance. Additional information can be found on the band’s official website.

In addition, Coldplay will offer admissions priced at $20 through a promotion they’ve termed “Infinity Tickets,” which are set to go on sale at noon local time on November 22.

The ‘Music of the Spheres’ tour originally commenced in 2022 in support of their 2021 album of the same name, officially titled ‘Music of the Spheres Vol. I: From Earth with Love’. Their recent album ‘Moon Music’ extends this theme as ‘Music of the Spheres Vol. II: Moon Music’.

Coldplay’s current tour places an emphasis on environmental sustainability, reportedly reducing CO2 emissions by 59 percent compared to their previous tours in 2016 and 2017. The band has also taken steps towards reforestation, claiming to have planted over 9 million trees globally. They credit these efforts with furthering their commitment to environmental responsibility. Furthermore, physical copies of their latest album are manufactured using recycled plastic bottles.

Frontman Chris Martin recently disclosed to the media that ‘Moon Music’ will be their last album containing singles for the foreseeable future, marking a departure with the song “All My Love” as their final single. He noted, “I don’t know if and when it will connect with who or not, but for me, it’s a really important song. It’s like, after everything we’ve been through, you have all my love. That’s it. That’s how we feel about life and the world and our fans and our critics and everybody.”

The forthcoming tour dates include:

May 31 – Stanford, CA at Stanford Stadium
June 6 – Las Vegas, NV at Allegiant Stadium
June 10 – Denver, CO at Empower Field at Mile High
