LOS ANGELES, California — Colton Underwood is back in the reality TV spotlight with new projects. While promoting the debut season of his all-virgin dating show Are You My First?, Underwood recently shared details about his role in the upcoming season 4 of The Traitors.

Underwood, 33, expressed his excitement about The Traitors, calling it one of the most thrilling experiences of his career. “I remember when I first was getting ready to do it, I said to my husband, ‘I’m too old to be fighting with Housewives on TV. I’m scared of them,’” he remarked. “And he’s like, ‘It’s fine, you’ve got this.’ And it was. It’s the most epic season. It was so much fun,” Underwood shared.

The Traitors will feature various reality stars, including Lisa Rinna, Dorinda Medley, and Olympians Johnny Weir and Tara Lipinski. Also joining the cast are Survivor alumni and chefs, like Kristen Kish and Mark Ballas, who previously participated in Dancing With the Stars.

Ballas, 39, gave fans a sneak peek of what to expect this season, stating that it will be filled with intrigue and drama. He posted on TikTok, “The Traitors season 4 is gonna be TEA ☕️,” hinting at the excitement that awaits viewers.

Interestingly, while Underwood is the only member of Bachelor Nation on this season, he reached out to Arie Luyendyk Jr., a previous Bachelor, for advice. “You’ll have to watch to find out [what his advice was]. I definitely used it a little bit,” Underwood explained.

The show is expected to premiere in early 2026, but Underwood hinted at another exciting possibility. He expressed a desire to participate in Dancing With the Stars and dance with Mark Ballas. “I want to dance with Mark because I know him from Traitors,” said Underwood. He acknowledged his challenges with mobility but remained eager to push himself outside his comfort zone.

Outside the realm of reality TV, Underwood discussed his husband Jordan C. Brown‘s recent viewing of his season of The Bachelor. “When we first started dating I was like, ‘Please, out of respect for me, do not watch my season.’ And then two years in, he asked to watch,” Underwood revealed.

In the meantime, audiences can catch Underwood co-hosting Are You My First?, streaming now on Hulu. He emphasized that the show’s goal was never simply about getting contestants to lose their virginity, but rather about fostering connections and self-acceptance.
