Cranberry Township Ticket Wins $2.36 Million Lottery Jackpot

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A lucky lottery player in Butler County has won a jackpot worth $2.36 million. The winning ticket for the Pennsylvania Lottery‘s Match 6 Lotto was sold on April 18 at Freedom Market located on Freedom Road in Cranberry Township.
The ticket matched all six numbers drawn: 10, 14, 25, 26, 31, and 41. The winner has one year from the drawing date to claim the prize.
The Pennsylvania Lottery confirmed that Freedom Market will receive a bonus of $10,000 for selling the winning ticket. This significant win comes as part of a weekend where multiple tickets in the state found success.
On April 19, another ticket from Bethel Park also won the Match 6 Lotto, matching six different numbers to claim a $500,000 prize. That ticket was purchased at the Giant Eagle grocery store on Library Road.
Lottery officials remind players to check every ticket carefully, as over 87,200 other Match 6 Lotto tickets also won prizes of varying amounts in the latest drawings.
Players are encouraged to sign the back of their tickets immediately after purchase and can claim lower-tier prizes at Lottery retailers. Detailed instructions on claiming prizes can be found at the official Pennsylvania Lottery website.
