Following a widespread bomb threat hoax that targeted over a hundred schools in Delhi, authorities have launched an investigation into a possible joint conspiracy involving China and Pakistan’s ISI, as revealed by the Special Cell of Delhi Police.

Delhi Police has initiated a case against an unknown entity after numerous educational institutions in the national capital received threatening emails.

The link to Russia emerged in the investigations, as the email account from which the threats were sent was traced back to the country under Vladimir Putin‘s leadership.

The specific term ‘Swaraiim’ in the emails, known to be an Arabic word used by a jihadist group for propaganda since 2014, added a layer of complexity to the investigation, as per Delhi Police sources cited by ANI news agency.

The Counter Intelligence Team Special Cell, along with the Directorate of Education GNCT Delhi, is actively probing the origin of the threatening emails and their potential linkage to Russia.

The Ministry of Home Affairs labeled the threats as hoaxes, assuring that the situation is under control and urging against panic among the schools and the general public.

The Director of Education GNCT Delhi advised schools to promptly report any suspicious or threatening communications received through official channels to security agencies to ensure a swift response.

At least 131 schools across Delhi and the National Capital Region were targeted in the alarming bomb threats, prompting swift action from law enforcement and security agencies.
