Druski Financial Records Lawsuit Party

Atlanta, Georgia — Comedian Druski, whose real name is Drew Desbordes, is facing allegations of sexual assault related to a party in 2018. In response, he is emphasizing his financial struggles during that time, presenting evidence that he was living with his mother and had minimal funds.

A woman named Ashley Parham filed a lawsuit claiming that Druski, along with music mogul Diddy, assaulted her on March 23, 2018, at a party in Northern California. In an effort to disprove the allegations, Druski has released bank statements and phone records obtained by TMZ Hip Hop that indicate he was not in a position to participate in any wrongdoing.

According to the documents, Druski’s Bank of America statement from the month of March 2018 reveals that his income exclusively came from Zelle transfers made by his mother. The records show that his account balance at the end of the reporting period was a mere $0.91, indicating he had just enough to cover basic expenses, which he characterized as minimal.

“I could barely afford a meal or gas to get around,” Druski reflected on his financial situation during that time, underscoring that he was relying on his mother’s support.

Additionally, phone records show Druski was listed under his mother Cheryl‘s phone plan and made 16 calls on the day of the alleged incident, all of which were to or from Georgia phone numbers, further suggesting that he remained in his home state during the event in question.

Druski’s career trajectory changed significantly in the years following the allegations, with his comedic skits gaining popularity during the COVID-19 pandemic. He eventually began attending high-profile events, associating with celebrities like Diddy and NFL player Odell Beckham Jr. However, his circumstances prior to his rise were starkly different.

While Druski’s legal team prepares to contest the claims made by Parham, they have reportedly shared the financial records with her attorney as part of his defense strategy aimed at seeking dismissal from the lawsuit filed against him.
