According to authorities, the victim was shot multiple times in the torso on the 24th floor of a building located on the 200 block of Locust Street. Law enforcement promptly rushed the victim to Jefferson University Hospital, but sadly, his injuries proved fatal, and he passed away at 8:39 p.m.
