Fire Erupts in Disneyland Parking Structure, No Injuries Reported

ANAHEIM, Calif. — A fire broke out in the Pixar Pals parking structure at Disneyland Friday morning, damaging at least three vehicles but causing no reported injuries, according to the Anaheim Fire Department.
The blaze began around 9:47 a.m. when a Toyota RAV4 caught fire, as confirmed by Anaheim police Sgt. Jacob Gallacher. The flames quickly spread to nearby vehicles before firefighters could extinguish the fire.
“When our crews arrived, the fire had already escalated to additional vehicles,” Gallacher said. Eyewitnesses and park visitors captured video of smoke rising from the parking area, where the exterior of the structure was visibly blackened by flames.
Firefighters from the Anaheim Fire Department acted swiftly to control the situation, containing the fire to the parking facility without any injuries reported. However, details regarding the exact cause of the fire remain unclear, and an investigation is underway.
Park officials referred media inquiries to the fire department, which continues to gather information. “We are working closely with the fire department on the ongoing investigation,” a Disneyland spokesperson said.
Additional insights from social media showed the extent of the damage as shocked guests shared their experiences online. This incident marks another unexpected event at the popular amusement park, which remains a significant draw for visitors in Southern California.
