Fire Erupts at NC State Facility, Quickly Extinguished

RALEIGH, N.C. — A fire broke out Tuesday morning at a North Carolina State University facility on Lake Wheeler Road, causing brief alarm but no injuries. The Raleigh Fire Department responded promptly to the scene.
According to university police, the fire originated from hay bales inside the Beef Education Unit. Fortunately, there were no individuals present at the time, allowing firefighters to contain the flames quickly.
