A lawsuit filed in Broward Circuit Court has accused former Miami Dolphins cornerback Xavien Howard of sharing sexually explicit material without consent, involving two women and an underage son.

The court filing alleges that Howard sent a sexually explicit photo of one woman to her juvenile son, purportedly for the purpose of manipulation or revenge.

The motion seeks to add the boy to the existing lawsuit, which was filed by a woman claiming Howard recorded and distributed sexual videos involving them without consent.

According to the documents, Howard was involved with the boy’s mother, who he allegedly pressured to undergo an abortion after she became pregnant.

When she declined, Howard reportedly sent a sexually explicit photo of them to the underage son in September 2022, causing distress.

The woman involved in the initial lawsuit and the underage boy are unrelated, as per the court filings.

GrayRobinson lawyer Ted Craig, representing Howard, denied the claims, expressing confidence in prevailing in court.

Howard, a free agent following his release from the Dolphins, is a four-time Pro Bowler known for his contributions to the team over eight seasons.

He faces allegations of invasion of privacy, emotional distress, and sexual cyberharassment in the ongoing legal battle.

The case has drawn attention from local media outlets, including The Miami Herald, as it unfolds in the Broward Circuit Court.
