Fortnite Announces Live Event with The Simpsons on November 1

LOS ANGELES, CA — Epic Games is set to host a live event in Fortnite titled ‘Welcome, Our Alien Overlords’ on November 1, 2025. The event will feature characters from The Simpsons, including the iconic aliens Kang and Kodos.

The live event is scheduled to start at 11 AM ET and is expected to last approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Following the event, Fortnite servers will go down for maintenance, with downtime anticipated to last five hours.

Players are encouraged to log in 30 minutes early to secure their spot in the event’s pre-lobby. A red countdown clock can be found at Creepy Camps, alongside Bart‘s Treehouse, marking the time until the event begins.

A promotional message from the Fortnite X Twitter account urges players to participate: “Attention puny earthlings! Our Alien Overlords have a message for us! You are commanded to drop in before 11 AM ET on November 1. You dare not miss it.”

As part of the mini-season following the live event, players can expect new features, including a new map based on Springfield and a variety of Simpsons-themed skins and weapons. The event is positioned as a bridge between the current Chapter 6 and the upcoming Chapter 7.
