Fortnite Servers Down for v32.11 Update: Here’s What You Need to Know
Fortnite servers are currently down for the highly anticipated v32.11 update, which was released on November 21, 2024. This update marks the final patch before the transition to Chapter 6 and brings several new features and content to the game.
The server downtime began at 4 AM ET / 9 AM GMT / 10 AM CET, with matchmaking being disabled shortly before the servers went offline. Based on previous updates, the servers are expected to be back online around 7 AM ET / 12 PM GMT / 1 PM CET, although Epic Games has not provided an exact timeframe.
The v32.11 update introduces several key features, including the new ‘Kicks’ cosmetic type. Players can now equip their characters with various shoes, including Nike and Jordan brands, as well as Fortnite originals. The first pair of Kicks, the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG ‘Black Toe Reimagined,’ will be available for players with the Remix Pass. A free ‘Show ‘Em Off’ emote will also be available in the shop from November 21 to December 1 to showcase these new cosmetics.
Additionally, the update includes new Juice WRLD skins, one of which will be free during the Fortnite Remix: The Finale event. These skins come with a unique contrail that plays Juice WRLD’s songs. A new landmark, WRLD’s Point, and a Mythic weapon, the Juice WRLD Chug Cannon, are also part of this update. Other new content includes automobile decals featuring Juice WRLD, Ice Spice, and Snoop Dogg, as well as a collaboration emote with Eminem.
The update also brings back several items from past seasons, such as Kit’s Mythics, Proximity Grenade Launcher, and the Jetpack, which are expected to shake up the gameplay meta. Furthermore, players can anticipate more teasers and leaks about the upcoming Chapter 6.
