Fox Sports Hairstylist Lawsuit Skip Bayless

A hairstylist who worked at Fox Sports for over a decade has filed a lawsuit alleging sexual harassment and a hostile work environment against longtime host Skip Bayless, FS1 executive Charlie Dixon, and host Joy Taylor. Noushin Faraji, who filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Friday, accused Bayless of making unwanted sexual advances, including offering her $1.5 million for sex, and detailed a toxic workplace culture at the network.

Faraji, who worked part-time from 2012 to 2016 and full-time from 2016 to 2024, claimed Bayless repeatedly propositioned her for sex, even after she shared a personal cancer scare with him. The lawsuit alleges Bayless engaged in inappropriate physical contact during haircuts, including lingering hugs and kissing her on the cheeks. Faraji also accused Dixon of groping her at a 2017 birthday party for Taylor and claimed Taylor fostered a hostile work environment by mocking her accent and criticizing her coping mechanisms for PTSD.

The lawsuit further alleges that Fox Sports failed to address the harassment and retaliated against employees who reported misconduct. Faraji claims her employment was terminated under false pretenses after the cancellation of the show “Skip and Shannon: Undisputed” in August 2024. Fox Sports issued a statement saying, “We take these allegations seriously and have no further comment at this time given this pending litigation.” Bayless and Taylor have not publicly responded to the allegations.

Faraji’s lawsuit seeks damages for sexual battery, hostile work environment, wrongful termination, and unpaid wages. It also requests class-action certification for other employees who may have faced similar treatment. The case has sparked widespread reactions on social media, with former Fox Sports personalities weighing in on the allegations.
