Ginny And Georgia Season 3 Trailer Release

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA — Netflix‘s popular series Ginny and Georgia is set to return for a much-anticipated third season on June 5, 2025, following a 2.5-year wait since its second season premiered in January 2023. The release includes a new trailer that fans can view online.

The end of season 2 left audiences on the edge of their seats when Georgia, played by Brianne Howey, was arrested during her wedding for the murder of Tom Fuller. This shocking twist has set the stage for the upcoming season, which will explore the repercussions of this cliffhanger and how it affects the Miller family’s dynamics.

The season 3 synopsis states, “Georgia has just been arrested for murder during her wedding—ruining her fairytale ending and putting the spotlight on the Millers like never before.” In the trailer, Ginny, portrayed by Antonia Genry, sarcastically reflects on the school’s perception of her as her mother awaits trial. “My mom’s awaiting her murder trial, and everyone at school is looking at me like I’m in the circus, it’s fun!” she quips.

The series has garnered mixed reviews over its run, with season 1 receiving a 68% approval rating and season 2 dropping to 60%. However, audience scores remain strong, averaging 75%. Despite the critical reception, the show’s solid viewership has led to an early renewal for season 4.

Production for season 3 kicked off in February 2024, and the delays leading up to its release have not gone unnoticed. While some speculate the delays are due to industry strikes, others point to varied production timelines of other shows. Regardless, the upcoming season promises new challenges as showrunners Sarah Lampert and Debra Fisher hint at significant twists that will push the characters to their limits.

As for Georgia’s future in the series, Howey stated, “Georgia is definitely pushed to her limits this season, and she has to survive scenarios she’s never had to survive before.” The implications of her trial will unfold in real-time for both her and her children, particularly Ginny, who will continue to navigate her complicated relationship with her mother.

Fans can now catch a glimpse of the upcoming season in the newly released trailer, sparking excitement for the series’ return. A new poster featuring Georgia with an ankle monitor further underscores the tension that lies ahead.
