The Haryana Board of School Education (HBSE) has officially released the Class 10 results for the academic year 2024. The results were published on the official website, bseh.org.in, marking a pass percentage of 95.22% for the students.

Dr. V.P. Yadav, the Chairman of Haryana Board, announced the outcome, stating that the examinations witnessed a significant pass rate. In the government schools, the pass percentage was recorded at 93.19%, while private schools boasted a pass rate of 97.80%. Notable districts like Panchkula showed the highest pass rates, whereas districts like Rohtak faced lower percentages.

For the Secondary (Academic) Regular Examinations, over 2,86,714 students appeared, out of which 2,73,015 successfully passed. Meanwhile, 3,652 students will need to undertake the essential repeat examination to secure a passing grade.

Dr. Yadav highlighted that the Secondary examination recorded a success rate of 96.32% for female candidates, whereas the male candidates achieved a pass rate of 94.22%. The overall pass rate showed an increase of 2.10% compared to the previous year.

The results are now available on the official HBSE website, where students can access their individual outcome by entering the required details like date of birth, registration number, and additional information. It is specified that schools are responsible for downloading the results from the board’s website using their user ID and password.

This year’s performance reflects a positive trend with just a marginal 10% of candidates facing unsuccessful results. The Board plans to conduct re-examinations in June-July for these students to reattempt the Class 10 examinations.
