Kenan Thompson played the role of Professor Norman Henning during the A.I. discussion themed sketch.

As the sketch unfolded, Thompson’s character, Professor Henning, pointed out the Beavis look-alike in the audience, played by Gosling, which led to Gardner breaking character.
