Ibps Probationary Officer Exam

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is preparing to release the admit cards for the probationary officers preliminary examination. Candidates eagerly awaiting the examination can expect the call letters to be available on the official IBPS website, ibps.in, shortly.

The preliminary examination is scheduled to be conducted on October 19 and 20, 2024, as per the institute’s tentative calendar. The admit cards will contain crucial details such as the exact date, time, and venue of the examination.

To download the admit cards, candidates must enter their login credentials, including their roll number or registration number and their password or date of birth. It is advisable for candidates to keep a printout of the admit card for further use.

The IBPS PO examination for the year 2024 aims to fill 4,455 vacancies for the role of Probationary Officer/Management Trainee. Alongside the admit cards, an information handout containing examination patterns and instructions will be provided.

In related developments, IBPS has recently released the admit cards for the Clerk Mains examination, which is set for October 13, 2024. A total of 6,148 vacancies are being filled through the Clerk examination.

The pre-examination training (PET) admit cards, aimed at candidates from SC/ST/OBC and other minority communities, have already been issued and can be downloaded from ibps.in until October 12, 2024. This initiative is part of IBPS’s effort to assist candidates requiring additional support in preparation for the examination.
