Jennifer Lopez Remains Silent on A-Rod and Madison LeCroy Rumors

NEW YORK, NY — Jennifer Lopez is not discussing her past relationship with Alex Rodriguez following rumors about his interactions with Madison LeCroy. During an appearance on “Watch What Happens Live” on October 15, Lopez was asked by host Andy Cohen about speculation that Rodriguez was direct messaging LeCroy, contributing to their breakup.
“You know, I really have nothing to say about my personal life anymore. I feel like I’m done with that,” Lopez, 56, replied after a brief pause, prompting cheers from the audience.
Lopez and Rodriguez began dating in 2017 and announced their engagement in March 2019. However, in March 2021, they confirmed their separation, stating, “We have realized we are better as friends and look forward to remaining so.” The breakup came amid reports that Rodriguez had sent messages to LeCroy, a star from “Southern Charm.”
During a reunion special of the show in early 2021, LeCroy revealed she communicated on Instagram with Rodriguez but denied any physical encounters, saying, “He contacted me, and yes, we DMed, but other than that, there was nothing … I’ve never seen him [or] touched him.”
In May 2023, LeCroy alleged that Rodriguez had indeed reached out to her. “If you’re looking for a side chick, which clearly he was, it wasn’t gonna be me. I’m wifey material,” she stated during a podcast, referring to Rodriguez’s messages.
Rodriguez’s representative denied LeCroy’s claims, stating, “Her 15 minutes of fame are up, and she is trying to get a 16th minute,” asserting the allegations were false.
After her split from Rodriguez, Lopez rekindled her relationship with Ben Affleck, marrying him in 2022, though they divorced in early 2025. LeCroy, meanwhile, married Brett Randle in 2022 and welcomed their first child together in June 2025.
