Jesse Watters Discussing Hurricane Milton On Fox News

Fox News host Jesse Watters has criticized President Joe Biden for what he believes is an attempt to ‘play politics’ with the aftermath of Hurricane Milton. On his show “Jesse Watters Primetime,” Watters highlighted the severe impact of the hurricane on Florida, noting the rising death toll, widespread power outages, and extensive damage to infrastructure and homes.

Watters argued that natural disasters serve as a significant test for leaders, evaluating their decisiveness, organization, anticipation, compassion, and statesmanship. He accused President Biden of spending more time discussing former President Trump than addressing the hurricane, suggesting that Biden’s focus on politics is driven by his desire to run for re-election.

Additionally, Watters criticized Vice President Kamala Harris for her perceived lack of involvement in crisis management. He stated that Harris has shown little interest in leading during previous hurricanes and has been ineffective in her assigned roles, such as controlling the border. Watters suggested that Harris’s lack of engagement in logistics and crisis management makes her appear unprepared for leadership roles, including a potential presidential run.

The comments come as Florida continues to grapple with the aftermath of Hurricane Milton, which downgraded to a Category 3 storm as it reached the Gulf Coast but still caused significant devastation.
