Kanye West Denies Being Taylor Swift's Enemy, Claims To Have Helped Her Career

Kanye West clarified his relationship with Taylor Swift, refuting claims made by Swifties about their supposed feud and emphasizing his contributions to the singer’s career.

In a recent social media post, the renowned rapper addressed a ‘Swiftie Emergency’ where fans were urged to stream ‘Texas Hold Em‘ to prevent West from topping the charts, asserting that he has been ‘far more helpful to Taylor Swift’s career than harmful.’

West, known for hits like ‘Jesus Walks,’ highlighted his past support for Swift, especially during the controversy surrounding Scooter Braun‘s acquisition of her masters without her consent.

Fans were under the impression that West and his wife, Bianca Censori, were removed from the Super Bowl after the purchase of specific seats. However, West clarified that they voluntarily left their seats to join YG in a different box to socialize with friends.

At the big game, West’s appearance in an unusual head covering and Censori’s ensemble featuring a black latex balaclava drew attention, though they were not kicked out of the stadium as rumored.

The long-standing feud between West and Swift dates back to the infamous 2009 VMA incident, escalating in 2016 with West’s song ‘Famous,’ where he mentioned Swift without her approval. The clash reached its peak when Kardashian released a phone call to prove Swift’s consent, which was later revealed to be edited.

Despite the ongoing controversies, both artists have remained influential in the music industry, with Swift continuing her successful career with albums like ‘Reputation.’ West’s statement offers a fresh perspective on their past interactions and disputes, highlighting his stance on Swift’s career.
