Kay Adams Opens Up About Dating and Settling Down
New York, NY – Kay Adams, the host of “Up & Adams” on FanDuel TV, revealed her thoughts on dating and relationships during her appearance on the “Bussin’ With The Boys” podcast Tuesday. Adams, 39, expressed that she feels she’s in a good place to settle down, stating, “I think I haven’t known what I’ve wanted super much. I think I’m always in survival mode of what’s next.”
During the conversation with hosts Will Compton and Taylor Lewan, she explained how her perspective on relationships has evolved. “I’m very happy with where I am, I’m settled, I’m a little more calm. I feel a little more able to be there for someone else,” she said.
Adams, who describes herself as a “relationship girl,” shared insights about her ideal first date. She said she prefers a “cozy, romantic dinner” organized and financed by her date. “By the time that you are so persistent that I am on a first date with you, we’re already in love,” she added humorously.
She also mentioned that she doesn’t have much dating experience, as she tends to quickly transition into relationships. “I have realized that I have very little experience dating,” Adams noted. “In all my relationships, it’s like, yep, now it begins on the first date.”
Adams emphasized the qualities she values in a partner, highlighting the importance of loyalty. “I need to feel secure. I need somebody who makes me feel secure. So loyalty is more important than anything,” she said.
This isn’t the first time details of Adams’ romantic life have made news. Last September, she denied rumors about dating former New York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones, saying, “I’m not dating Daniel Jones — breaking news — I’ve met him all of two times, wish him the best.”
Adams gained recognition as a sports media personality on NFL Network‘s “Good Morning Football” and has since created her own successful show, continuing to draw attention for her insights and engaging personality.
