Kennewick Police Cyberstalking Investigation

KENNEWICK, Wash. – Kennewick Police are investigating a cyberstalking case that has affected multiple victims. Officers responded to reports of disturbing videos being sent to individuals, including footage of themselves, their children, and explicit content involving others, sourced from various phone numbers.

The investigation began after a caller reported the unsettling incidents, prompting police to collaborate with the Regional METRO Drug Task Force. Although an arrest has been made, authorities indicate that the investigation remains active and that there may be additional victims who have not yet come forward.

“We encourage anyone who has experienced similar incidents to reach out to us,” said a spokesperson for the Kennewick Police Department. “It’s crucial for us to gather as much information as possible to ensure the safety of all involved.”

Victims are urged to contact the Kennewick Police at (509) 628-0333 and reference KPD case number 25-011460. In accordance with standard practices, NonStop Local does not identify suspects until formal charges are filed.

In a separate incident, a 35-year-old man was arrested on Thursday evening following a domestic disturbance reported the previous day. Police responded to an incident in the 5000 block of West 27th Avenue but were unable to locate the suspect at that time.

The next evening, officers located the suspect in the 1200 block of North Edison Street. According to authorities, he refused to follow commands and attempted to hide inside his residence.

Police secured a search warrant and deployed SWAT and K9 units. Officers breached the front door and successfully apprehended the man without further escalation. He faces multiple charges, including felony domestic violence order violation, fourth-degree assault, residential burglary, obstruction, and resisting arrest.
