Laura Woods Adam Collard Engagement

Sports presenter Laura Woods has announced her engagement to Adam Collard, a former contestant on the reality TV show Love Island. The couple joyfully shared the news on social media, revealing that they are also expecting their first child together.

The romantic proposal took place on a picturesque beach, where Collard got down on one knee to present Woods with an engagement ring. Woods, 37, expressed her happiness on Instagram, thanking Carbis Bay Estate, the location where the couple fell in love and later became engaged. She described it as a summer to remember.

Adam Collard, 28, also shared his joy by posting a series of photos featuring Woods and her engagement ring. In his post, he expressed excitement about beginning a life together with Woods and their expected child, referring to them as “our very own little team.”

Many celebrities and well-known personalities congratulated the couple on their engagement. Among them were footballer Jack Grealish, former boxer Tony Bellew, and reality TV personality Jason Carl Fox. Several past Love Island participants, including Chloe Burrows and Andrew Le Page, also celebrated the couple’s happy news.

Earlier in the year, Woods had an unfortunate accident when she required emergency medical attention after shattering a glass lampshade. She praised Collard for his quick response, referring to him as her hero for how he managed the situation.

Collard gained public attention through his appearances on Love Island, first participating in the show’s fourth series and later returning for its eighth installment. He left the show alongside Paige Thorne in 2022.
