LOS ANGELES, Calif. — Lola, the daughter of two prominent actors, has shared a deeply personal journey of overcoming depression and anxiety through her faith, culminating in her baptism earlier this year. “When I was in my deepest depression, there was a moment where I realized I hit rock bottom. I felt so lost and hopeless, and was just doing my best to make it to the next day,” Lola wrote in a heartfelt Instagram post, accompanied by photos of her baptism. She revealed that her battle with mental health had left her feeling like she would never “genuinely laugh again.”

Her turning point came when she found solace in her faith. “I met not only my Savior but my best friend, Jesus,” she said. Following her life-changing experience, Lola announced plans to launch a podcast focused on her spiritual journey. “I have been wanting to share how God has transformed my life for so long, and I’m so happy I’m finally doing so,” she said in a YouTube video. The podcast, titled “Walking with Jesus and Walking Through Life,” aims to inspire others facing similar struggles. “I can’t wait to see how Jesus uses this podcast, and I couldn’t be more excited,” she added.
